13 Tropical cyclones expected in Philippine

MANILA — Nine to 13 tropical cyclones may form inside or enter the Philippine area of responsibility from July to December 2026, according to PAGASA.

Two to four storms are forecast for the months of July and August, two to three in September, and one to two each in October, November, and December.
